Rules

1. You don't need to have a website, but a valid email address is required.

2. If you have a web site and you want it listed, you must put a link up prior to joining. The link must be easy to locate. If it is not, you will be added to the list without a link to your website. This particularly applies to "Live Journals" and "Blogs" where specific items are too difficult and time consuming to find.

3. No bandwidth theft. Download the code to your own server.

4. Complete the entire form. If anything's missing your application goes in the trash.

5. No offensive material such as racist, porn, hate etc on your website.
