You don't need to have a website, but a valid email address is required. If you have a web site, you must put a link up prior to joining. The link must be easy to locate. If it is not, you will be added to the list without a link to your website. This particularly applies to "Live Journals" where specific items are too difficult and time consuming to find. You'll find the codes here. No offensive material such as racist, porn etc. Tasteful nudity is ok. Complete the entire form. If anything's missing your application goes in the trash.
